Replacement foam sensor pump

We have been using the replacement pump you sent to us because our last one wasn't working. This one is doing the same thing. When we place our hand under the sensor, it only puts out enough soap to equal what is equivalent to a small drop of water. We are very frustrated with this product.

very convinient for the kitchen when you have stuff on your hands that you don't want to get on the soap dispinser. I like foam soap, less waste.

This pump looks classy and works good. How ever i have one problem with thiz pump... It keeps dispensing the soap every now and them even when no one is near the pump..

Two strikes and your out!

I was very excited when I first received the foam pump. It was exactly what I was looking for. It was great when it worked, but then it stopped working. I chatted with simple human folks, trying everything they suggested, and they agreed there was something wrong and sent me another. It happened again. There is something wrong with quality control. I have had to return this second one also. I am so disappointed. I hope they can fix their issues. It’s a great idea if it worked
