I love how easy it is to use. My guests love the no touch - especially in these times. So easy to refill. I now have 2- 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen

Great foam pump

I have used the pump in our kitchen for one month and it performed perfectly. It is very convenient, hasn't needed recharging, is very quiet and has probably reduced the amount of soap used by 50%.. I am very happy with it.

Love the sleek design of the foam pump and the creamy soap it dispenses. No messy residue from soap or hands. One charge lasts for quite sometime as does the simplehuman soap. Top quality! Worth the price! Simplehuman has my attention and future business!

Poor quality product

I bought a dispenser. It stopped working after 3 weeks. The company sent me a replacement. The replacement unit stopped working after 2 weeks. There's a clear plastic electronics panel that sits between the unit's electronics and the soap receptacle. In both cases, a section of the panel is burnt due to an electrical issue.

I have purchased 3 of these foam sensor pumps as Christmas presents and had 2 of them stopped working They are under warranty so I made a claim and received 2 pumps in there place just a few weeks ago. One of the two new pumps has already stopped working. I will be filing another claim. I also purchased 2 of the soap dispense. I purchased two of the liquid soap dispenser at the same time i purchased the foam pumps and they are still working. We feel there is a flaw in the dispenser for the foam. If I had known this was going to happen all of my purchases would have been the liquid soap dispenser instead of the foam pump. I am very disappointed in this product. I paid a good bit of money for these and I must keep using the warranty. My warranty is only good thru the 2 year from the first purchase and what will happen when these new one need to sent back? I love the concept on the foam dispenser but this is not a good product.
