Pretty and functional

Had some issues getting the unit to start because the soap basin would not attach to the dispensing unit. I just hope this doesn’t repeat when we refill. We are enjoying it and of course the soap is awesome

Not worth the money!

Great with kids!

Very happy with the quality and functionality of the foam sensor pump. Great way to get the kids to want to wash hands before meals. Helpful for those kids who just can’t quite reach the traditional soap pumps.

My grandchildren just love this. Of course you must set boundaries. Cute little trick. Raise your had to the top under the dispenser and dispense a little, lower it to dispense a lot.

Foam soap dispenser

The first foam dispenser I had worked for about six months and then started only having liquid even after trying all of their remedies. They sent me a second foam dispenser on warranty and it never worked. They then sent a third foam dispenser which also didn’t work (they promised they would have their technician check it before it left the factory), It also just dispenses liquid and no foam. I have given up with their product.

We have worked with this customer to determine what was causing the issue with their pumps. After retrieving their original units, our technicians found that the pumps were dispensing properly. One thing to keep in mind is that the pump will dispense different textured soap depending on the type of soap that is being used with the unit. We do take all feedback very seriously though and our Product Development Team has been made aware of this customer's experience.
