Works better than others

This soap dispenser works better than others I've tried. It doesn't leak and it doesn't drip and it doesn't come on when you just get close to it. I like also that the soap is a foam rather than just liquid.

I love this soap pump but gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it dispenses on its own without my hand being anywhere near it. It seems to do it when I’m running the hot water for any length of time. I have two others just like this one that don’t have this problem.

Love this! We have four and even pre-pandemic love them now of course they are even more useful. Also have a garbage cans and 3 part mirror from simple human and they are the best. Can’t go wrong with simple human products - got my eye on a few more And in the event that you do have a problem customer service is easy to reach and has excellent follow up

I've had this dispenser replaced twice now, the soap still doesn't come out the correct way!

The quality is nice and function as advised. I don’t like the charging function which is hard to know when is fully charged. Would be nice to show how much form left.

Pretty good but has room for improvement. Sensor goes off randomly and there is always a bit of foam left on the nozzle

Even without a pandemic, the hands-free operation is great for kitchen or bathroom use. The soap lasts us about 6 weeks before needing to refill. We charge the unit at the same time we refill the soap so I don’t know how long a charge actually lasts. Just don’t drain steamy vegetables right under the sensor :-)
