Besides social distancing proper hand washing is pinnacle. Automatic dispensers like this one has been a welcomed improvement to our household. The item feels like a solid construction minus the lid cover which seem delicate. The LED for charging is simple and helpful. The dispensing of soap is sensitive to movement. If you have kids it may be best to move away from the sink handle. We’re curious how it’ll hold up with the heightened use from COVID crushing.

Simple and elegant

I have owned prior soap dispensers from Simple Human, but when I saw this, I wanted it, and I was right it is perfection! Except the stainless body shows water spots a lot, so what I did was I sprayed the body right to the lights in oil rubbed bronze and it matches our bath, It looks beautiful, I wish they have options like that for colors. Would recommend it...

Just Stopped Working...

This is the 3rd pump I've bought, the first didn't work so I returned it for a refund. The 2nd is still working thankfully, this was the 3rd and final for me. It just stopped working and won't charge either. I was putting them in the areas around the house with sinks (bathrooms and kitchen), It's a paperweight now. Don't roll the dice on these, get something else!

It took me a while to get used to the level of sensitivity, but I think we finally got the hang of it. It paid for itself this morning when I did not have a free hand that wasn't covered with grease to activate the soap dispenser, and the touchless feature was so welcome!

Lovely bathroom accessory -- mostly....

Most elements of this little beauty are quite nice, well-designed, beautiful and efficient. However.... the "click it in" mechanism for loading the soap cartridges is disappointing. It looks and feels cheap, when you turn the unit over and take a look, and the empty, refillable cartridge shipped with the unit does NOT, in fact, click into place -- which I discovered by picking up the unit to move it, and having it dump the cartridge and the soap it contained all over the bathroom counter. Try as I might, I could not get the cartridge to actually "click into place" to be held securely. It doesn't affect operation, so long as you don't move it, but it's a NASTY surprise if you're expecting to be able to move the entire thing with one hand!
