love/hate relationship

so let me start off by saying i have 3 of these sensor pumps. so clearly, i like the design and functionality. however, i've had mixed results with the quality/use of the foam that comes out.
in 1, it is perfect -- a great amount of soap that is fluffy and luxurious. in the other 2, an okay amount comes out and most times i need to put my hand under once more to get enough soap.
customer service has been great and replaced 2 of them previously, as the soap being dispensed was reduced to little 'sharts'. the new ones are better, but still not great. we'll see how they hold up.
also! make sure to read the directions on how to properly release the bottom piece and prime the pump (but don't use the plastic tool they give you because mine broke off and got stuck in the hole).

I love my foam sensor pump from simplehuman. It’s so easy to use. The first one I received didn’t work properly, and the company didn’t hesitate to send a replacement. This one works great. I love just putting my hand under the dispenser and having the foam spurt out automatically, since I am now washing my hands so much more frequently than ever before!

I have 3 of these soap dispensers and love them! One wasn’t working properly but simplehuman replaced it since it was under warranty. Awesome customer service!

I love the no touch foam soap dispenser. I put them in all my bathrooms, and at the kitchen sink. Just remember to lift the lid and turn the dispenser off when you want to wipe it down.

I received my soap dispenser and in a few days it stopped working. I contacted simplehuman and their support sent me a replacement. Very happy with simplehuman, I now own several of their products and am very happy with all of them! I love this company, I will remain loyal to them and you should too!
