More sensitive than last one

Bought to replace one I broke, this one shoots out foam when the bathroom gets steamy and I’m not even near it, last one didn’t have this issue.

Best One Yet!

I’ve always loved foaming hand soaps. I have 2 original simplehuman sensor pumps that use the regular liquid soaps and they are fine, that is, until I finally got this one. Works way more efficient then my older ones and is much faster. The foam is perfect and makes for better cleaning of hands. The design is gorgeous (polished chrome) and refilling is simple and convenient. I am sorry I waited so long to finally change over. I gave my other pump to my sister and she’s happy with that one. I am more then happy with the newer one for sure!

Broke again

I exchanged my broken sensor pump. The one that I recently got broke again with only one charging. Product is engineered poorly. The water escapes the mechanism. Waste of money and time.

Easy to recommend this product -- it's attractive, well-made, and easy to use.
It only gets 3 stars instead of 4 stars because the first product i received was defective (dispenssed soap regularly when no one was near it) and the replacement product dispenses soap on occasions when no one is near it; the amount of soap it dispenses is variable, but always dispnses more soap than i need (and there's no way to further reduce the flow); and of course, you have to use the company's soap, and i'm not aware that you can buy a large size replacement bottle and more cheaply fill the regular bottles with it.
But if you want an attractive, well-made foam soap dispenser that works pretty well, this is a nice product.

Love this gadget!

I recently received this soap pump as a gift and instantly fell in love with it! Not only is it incredibly functional, but the sleek appearance fits right into my kitchen. Simplehuman also has excellent customer service - when my pump had an issue with it, they sent me a new one free of charge! A great gift!

Great product, terrible CS and shipping times

I've been a fan of all your products from the sensor trash cans, dish racks to this soap dispenser as I have several. But one common problem is bad CS that emails aren't returned. I always have to contact them on Facebook or call and have to be on hold for quite awhile and getting disconnected. Plus shipping is very slow and no updates are offered, your credit card is charged immediately for a product not getting shipped for another 3-4 weeks.
