Charged up fine, but only worked for less than a week. Also very disappointed in the small size of soap that comes with the product. Now I am waiting for the replacement.

Best soap dispenser

I was always a little skeptical of soap dispensers, but this unit works like a charm. Attractive design, simple to use and easy to maintain; I would highly recommend purchasing this dispenser.

Looks good, quits working in six months

I really like the look, but there is a serious design problem with internal leakage that leads to corrosion and subsequent failure. The company has replaced one of three that quit working.
I would have a hard time recommending the foam sensor pump at this time.

Good but breaks too often

I like this unit. I have owned 4 of them. Two I bought and two were replacement units for pumps that broke while still under warranty. I have to say the customer service replaced the broken units with very little hassle. They were quite good to deal with.
However, over the course of about 5 - 6 years, 3 out of 4 of the units I have owned have broken. In each case the symptoms were different. (Would no longer hold a charge, would not produce foam, and just died within response to anything). The two year warranty if a necessity for the units.

Great

The soap dispenser works as advertised. The amount of foam and texture is good. I like the fact there are no batteries. I haven’t had to charge it yet and we are using it a ton. Wish the sensor wasn’t quite as sensitive at times as it will go off with minimal movement in front of the dispenser. I will buy more!
