Not what I expected

After reading all the reviews for this product, I finally decided to make the purchase. I was so excited when it came in...the sensor foam pump was a beautiful addition to our kitchen remodel. However, I am not super impressed with the way it works. Half the time not much comes out and when it does it goes all over the place. I have tried using the cleaning tool - but still having the same results. Everyone in the house that uses it, complains about it and just wants the old one back. So now I have moved this one to my bathroom and put the old one back in the kitchen. Disappointed in this product especially for the price I paid. :(

I am already spoiled! Works great. I replaced an old fashioned pump dispenser that was getting finicky. So glad I did. Highly recommend.

Doesn’t foam

I bought this for my kids and it doesn’t foam. It barely gives soap and I have changed the internal tubes to adjust the thinness or thickness of the soap. I have only used the simplehuman soap, too. Very disappointed.

Better looking counters!

We just completed our new modern home and I wanted something sleek for hand soap instead of the plastic store containers. I bought one for the kitchen and one for the guest bath. They are beautiful and seem to be working great! It took several pumps on one of them to get the foam working but it works great now. It didn't get 5 stars only because it was smaller than I had thought....for that price, I think it should be a little larger but not too big. So far happy with them though. :)

We had a hand soap dispenser that quit working. CS replaced the dispenser at no charge and that was very much appreciated.
