I love the foam sensor pump. Purchased for the kitchen and love the fact I don’t have to touch the dispenser nozzle when washing hands after handling raw meat. My kids even wash their hands more. I purchased 4 more for all of the bathrooms in the house. I also love the fact that I can use my favorite scents from B&BWs.

Best foaming pump I've seen

We have manual foam pumps in all our bathrooms, but I bought this to minimize touching things before washing hands (obviously). I have to say that this is a very well designed product, it looks good, and works flawlessly. My 3 year old loves it.

Love it so far! We have had it for about a week and I love the sleek design to match my kitchen hardware. It’s easy to charge and easy to add soap to. Love how it has the option for less or more soap. Would like to, however, see the option for antibacterial soap refill options. Worth the purchase!

Love the pump, hate the finish

The sensor pump was very easy to set up and works exactly as described. However, the polished chrome finish looks constantly dirty. It's not even the tiniest bit spot resistant. Everything that comes in contact with the service leaves a spot - even small spots of water from wet hands reaching over to get soap leave water spots. And, of course, to clean it, you have to turn off the sensor, wipe it down, and turn the sensor back on or there is soap everywhere. If I hadn't of thrown out the box, I would have requested to exchange it for a different finish. Again, the hands free soap pump works great for keeping my hands clean but the polished chrome finished looks constantly dirty.

Very convenient

I mostly bought it because my 8 year old granddaughter was making a mess at the bathroom sink with the soap. But it turns out we all love it. The lavender soap smells great, the device works well, and it looks very stylish.
The only thing is, there was an insert that said, "please read all the information enclosed," and there was nothing enclosed. I'd like to know if there's a way to adjust how much soap comes out. I'd like just a little less with each pump.

Tap power button to toggle through 3 volume settings: low volume - blinks once, medium volume - blinks twice, high volume - blinks 3 times. Instruction booklet and warranty card can be found under the top cover of the color packing box.

Convenient and Attractive

The nicest looking foam soap dispenser I've seen. Spout long enough to keep soap off of body of pump. Works great and easy to connect bettery charger since it is magnetic like the Macbook Pro laptop. The top is hinged and raises like a car hood. Has 3 soap dispense quanity settings. The only thing that I would like to be different is that it could be adjusted lower. I learned to drop my hand to cut off soap foam flow early.

Bad soap sample

Received foam pump with one container of foam soap and one refillable soap container. After charging pump I inserted foam soap cartridge after several try’s the soap just dribbled out (no foam) I primed several times and still no foam even after several try’s. Tried using for a couple of days but still no foam. Decided to switch cartridges and it finally produced foam. Come to find out the cartridge was faulty. This is my second dispenser and I love them but now know cartridge can be faulty.
