Poor craftsmanship

Bought one of these, worked well for about 3 months then randomly started dispensing soap. It eventually stopped working all together. The Simple Human support staff kindly shipped a replacement under warranty. The replacement lasted less than a month. Just stopped working out of the blue, no red light for low battery. Tried to charge it and the green light flashed rapidly for a while then when out. The unit is now unresponsive.

2nd dispenser and not working

1st one just stopped one day. When charging LED would flash green and no other signs of life. This the 2nd unit. It's on the first bottle of soap (simplehuman soap) and after the first few uses, it started to spit out small amounts of soap with hardly asn foam. I will return it.

I guess I’m just not a fan of the foam. I also have the liquid pump which is much better in my opinion. With the foam pump I feel I need to do it three times to get the soap I should.

Easy to add soap. Wonderful way to keep clean - no need to touch the dispenser when washing hands. Especially helpful when cooking!

I love this product. Very easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to refill. Charging is a breeze, I've only had to charge once in 6 months! Fantastic.

SH foam cartridge sensor pump

Your simple human sensor pump email introduction encouraged me to make an initial purchase. I did and on opening the carton there were no simple instructions for assembly. Phone calls and previously exchanged emails did not satisfactorily resolve the issue. I packed up my purchase and sent it to one of our children. They figured out the assembly but were most disappointed in the product. Had it worked we intended to include your new product for Christmas gifts to a dozen of our family. That will not happen.
