SKIMPY FOAM

I was so excited to receive this, my THIRD sensor pump!
The amount of foam is so skimpy, I have to keep repeating the soap process until I get enough to wash.
I hate returning things, so I am living with it.

Broke within a few days

Purchased two Foam sensor pumps and was really excited to have a touchless soap experience. Easy to assemble and charge and refillable foam soap options. Unfortunately after a few days of moderate use the device would not turn on. Recharged and cleared any soap blockage. There was a red blinking light. Went on Simple Human website to try to troubleshoot with automated chat. Tapped power button and held for recommended time. Opened dispenser to find moisture inside and some parts with brownish liquid. It looks like the electronic device may have shorted after liquid leaked in. This was not due to improper use but normal day to day use. We loved the product before it shorted. Please let me know if Simple Human can accommodate a replacement for our home. Thank you

Product is great! They work pretty well. We have only had them for two years and have had to exchange most of them at least once and some of them twice. But the customer service is always amazing and the no-battery/no touch combo is a winner so we still here!

Doing something wrong

The brass stainless steel looks great but no foam comes out. Just some liquid. I assume I am doing something wrong but have not had a chance to call customer support. All my other products from simplehuman are great but this so far not so much.

We reached out to this customer to assist them with the issue that they were experiencing. The customer informed us that they were not inserting the cartridge all the way in and that caused the problem. Their pump is working properly now.

Foam Sensor Pump Just Works

The SimpleHuman Foam Cartridge Sensor Pump works every time and has made a big difference in keeping the sink area clean. It doesn't drip and stays charged for a long time.

I am slowly getting enough of these for all over the house. These are the best. I love the foam ones but the regular ones are good too and you can use a variety of soaps in them.
