it worked great for about 3 weeks. just started using the warranty replacement one so we'll see how it goes. a little klugey - sometimes dispenses when no one is even standing there, and needed its first re-charge after less than a week. The customer service was very good, though

battery doesn't last long

I think either mine has an issue or the battery life on this pump is extremely bad which renders the product useless, since it has to be always connected to an outlet. It lasts about 2 weeks before I need to recharge it...

I rec'd this new sensor pump to replace my previous one that quit working. I love the sensor pump. Prior to this I had a Lysol sensor soap dispenser but this one is so much more attractive & I love the soap that works with it. The new one offers an improved way of dispensing just the amount of soap you want by positioning the hand in the correct spot. Love it! I also was totally impressed by the service I rec'd from your company when the first dispenser stopped working. The service was courteous & prompt. Very impressed - thanks for the product & the wonderful service.

There was limited instructions on how to set up the dispenser but I got it charged and soap canister installed easily. It works great! I like that it can do small quantity of foam or large based on where you hold you hand. It is very quiet.

The parts are plastic and I am not sure how long they will last. I guess for the price, I was expecting substance. It works fine, I am just a little disappointed in the quality.
