I have 3 and loved them. One stopped working/charging but the company replaced it so all is great. My son came to visit and used them and is now ordering one for his home. Great item great company

It's OK, But Not What I Expected

First of all, I LOVE Simplehuman products. I have a ton of them and they're all exceptional.
I guess I expected this foam soap dispenser to also be exceptional. It works just fine. I like the choice to receive a little or a lot of soap. It only dispenses when you're actually in the dispensing zone, which is very nice. I like the way it recharges and the ease of turning it on and off, so I can handle it for cleaning.
I previously owned a Simplehuman standard sensor pump and had it for several years. I really liked everything about it and the design was sleek and attractive. It was time to be replaced and I thought the foam dispenser would be a fun change.
I think what I'm not impressed about is the way it looks. I purchased it in the rose gold to match my dual compartment can (which I absolutely LOVE). It's just not particularly beautiful in design like most of the Simplehuman products. It's smaller than I expected, which shouldn't really matter, but I like to be wowed and I wasn't this time. Maybe it will grow on me and I'll end up learning to love it more.

I was happy to read that my new, foam soap dispenser was waterproof. However, the soap cartridge didn't fit into the dispenser, so I transferred the soap into the glass jar, provided. Then the soap dispenser activated whenever my hand came within 8" to 10" of the dispenser. While I like the concept, this one needs more product development.

Amazing! Everyone should have one!

Purchased my first one 13 months ago. It malfunctioned about a month ago but with the 2 year warranty my favorite kitchen gadget was replaced at no cost. Customer service was prompt and kept me informed throughout the process. The unit had corrosion and wasn’t repairable and was replaced.
I use this daily (didn’t realize how much until it broke). It’s great with messy hands to not have to touch anything to get hands washed. Many scent options available. Easily chargeable with a USB. Recommend for anyone with a kitchen.....which hopefully is all!
