I absolutely love, love this product. I use mine in the kitchen and it is so easy especially when you are cooking and don't want to touch things. I charged it once about 4 months ago and it still going! Will buy another for my bathroom .

Very well made. Wish it came in black. Only gripe is that I have inadvertently squirted soap everywhere because it was too close to the sink and I moved my hand under it. Not really the canisters fault, but I’ve done this more than once.

Awesome for Kids!

I started with one in my guest bathroom to really keep it clean and less touching. We now have 3. My kids get the perfect amount of soap, there’s no mess, it recharges fast and seriously lasts months. Best of all there’s no gross soap bottles with sticky dirty hands touching them. These are amazing.

Good when it works

When it's on I really like this soap dispenser. However mine turns off every night and I have to mess with it each morning to get it to work. I contacted support and they just sent me the user directions. Not very good support. I'm hoping I'll be able to return it.

Sleek and stylish and works as advertise!! But did not come with a full sample of soap as before!

Thank you so much - the new pump is great. However, I am very disappointed that the initial one I purchased came with a 1 FULL initial pod with soap and an extra sample size of a refill of 5 oz- i believe.
However, this time - there was no full pod and a very small 3 oz "sample" of a soap --- and I paid the same price and have to go out and buy more refills as the initial one will finish within this week alone. I love simple human, but I always managed to get more than JUST the pump in previous purchases of the same pump.

Our updated foam sensor pump includes a refillable cartridge and a soap sample as part of our efforts to move towards sustainability. Alongside these updates, the price of our foam cartridge sensor pump has been lowered as well.
