Not as good as I expected

I was really excited to see this as a new item. I bought it and several refills. Then I had to call in and get instructions because it does not come with any. Maybe they will come out with the new and improved model like they did on the mirror. These products are expensive and once I spend on an item I am not trying the next one.

We're tired of washing with thinning bar soap or foaming push bottles (poor babies!). We held our breath and ordered three units and we are not sorry. Each looks great in our bathrooms and kitchen sink .. they all work like a charm .. and the soap smells good. And there is no mess! That’s progress, man! We recommend this item if you have an extra buck or two.

I really love this pump. As with all Simplehuman items, I am so pleased to own it. I have the other sensor pumps and decided to buy the foam pump. I really like it. I like that I don't have to touch the pump and have the option of a small or larger amount of soap dispensed. It is the cleanest way to wash your hands and a beautiful, sleek soap dispenser.

Received foam sensor on 11/6/20 and on 11/19/20 it stopped working. Poor quality. Simple human is sending me a new one but I’m very unhappy with quality so far.

I have 3 of these soap dispensers, I love them that much. They are truly great when you have grandchildren who always need to wash their hands. I also love having many scents/refills to choose from. I highly recommend them!

High Failure Rate

Excellent customer support - they will replace your unit promptly and cheerfully within the warranty period. And you-ll need it - out of seven units purchased within the past year, four have failed. Just stopped working, and/or charging. Inspecting the underside of the units, it appears that soap - or something - has leaked into the electronics, no doubt causing them to fail. Light use, never submerged or even in contact with water, only Simplehuman cartridges ever used. This would appear to be either a design or construction failure, and remains unaddressed as far as I can tell.
