Used it only a few times before it stops working

I used it for only a few times (<=5 times) before it stops working. I made sure that it's fully charged but it always flashes red light when I tries to use it.
I registered the product and claimed the warranty, hoping to get a replacement soon. But 11 days past, and it's still not responded yet.

Not thrilled

Turns off after about 10 min or so. Thought it would simply be in sleep mode when not using, but no. One must turn it on, defeating the hands-free purpose every time. Would not purchase again until this flaw is fixed.

Great foaming soap dispenser!

I have a tendency toward dermatitis if I fail to get the soap fully rinsed off my hands. For that reason, I find foaming soap dispensers highly preferable. But I have seriously disliked almost all of those dispensers. Until now. This one eliminates all the problems I've complained about. In particular, it consistently produces great foam; the mechanism it uses to do that eliminates the need for a recovery stroke which has been problematic for all of the manual dispensers I've tried; and it's just a neat, well-designed product. And the mechanism it uses doesn't require nearly as much soap (especially when using the manufacturer's brand, which produces a dryer but entirely satisfactory foam). Thanks!

Great foam

Small, powerful foam maker. Doesn't take up much space on the sink. Has variable foam setting, dependent on how close or how far your hand is from the sensor. Easy to charge.

Sensor pump

Love this pump . Originally ordered to use with dish soap, but it came with hand soap . It works great, easy to charge, streamline , great looking on the kitchen counter. The only drawback is that you need to order simple human soap cartridge refills which fits into the bottom of the unit , (I purchased two other dish soap refills. )

Foam sensor pump better now than before

This new version of foam soap sensor pump is better than the previous one I purchased from Simple Human because the base unit containing the soap is designed to be refillable now, rather than having to replace the entire base unit container profiled with a soap. This makes it more environmentally friendly with less plastic waste having to be disposed. Kudos to Simple Human!!
