Foam sensor pump

I really like my Simple Human foam sensor pump(s). Yes, there is one in my kitchen and the other in my bathroom. I've also purchased lots of the foaming hand soaps too.

Almost perfect

I ordered mine around May 1st or 2nd and it broke 2 days after i received it.. the first day it worked fine. But the foam was liquidy. I was not able to do the “auto flush” feature to get all the foam soap out of the pump like in the youtube video simplehuman has posted.. day 2 was when it didnt work any more.. i checked the interior and all the wires were disconnected from the casing. Going to buy a new one anyway. Maybe a different color instead of polished.

Elegant + efficient

It looks nice on our counter as we have brass fixtures - matches our towel bar better than our faucet, but, they complement each other. I like that it is rechargeable. That was important! It delivers foam effectively-learning curve for guests that are not familiar with touch-less sensor pumps may be a little touchy at first.

Needs better quality control. Got

Needs better quality control. Got 2 of them. First one would not hold charge more than 3-4 days. Second got stuck on and emptied the entire reservoir. Sent them both back for refund!!!

Failed after two weeks of use

The pump seemed to work fine for two weeks. Then stopped working completely. It did not take a charge. No indicator lights while charging. Even tried different charging cords and USB power adapters. Returned from refund. I haven't seen the refund money yet. Very disappointed. I wanted to speak with someone at the company. No way to contact except via online entry form. I have two of the non-foam pumps and they seems to be working great after two months of use.

We have purchased 4 of the foam sensor pumps, and they are all working great! We have 1 brushed and 3 polished. Easy to set up and fill. The kids love using them...anything that encourages more hand washing these days, I’ll take it!

What took me so long to get one of these?

So easy to get just the right amount of soap. So fast and no-touch is so helpful when your hands are dirty or greasy and you really don't want to touch anything until they are clean. It helps that I can turn on my touch-sensitive kitchen faucet with the back of my hand. No more cleanup required after hand washing. Also, my friend said I would have to clean the dispenser pump tip often or it would clog, but I have been using this pump for months and it still dispenses perfectly.
