I ordered two of these for my bathrooms and so far they are great. I have used simplehuman sensor dispensers for years and always find changing batteries a pain, so hopefully these will be much more efficient.

Love the foam sensor pump

I have one sensor pump and two foam pumps. I love them all because I don’t have to worry about sanitizing them. Can’t go wrong with either kind and they look very nice in the kitchen and bathrooms :)

Just so-so

I wanted thicker foam so I inserted the correct tube, but I don't like the way it spatter-shoots the foam out. So I had to switch to the tube for thinner foam, and now I get a liquidy soap dispensed, and it goes through a lot of soap. I like the look of it, that it's touchless, that it's rechargeable, and that you can adjust the amount that's dispensed based on where you put your hand, but I think the actually dispensing needs some fine-tuning.

Great Sink Addition

This soap dispenser is great. It's attractive, especially nice in a kitchen with stainless steel. We appreciate its streamlined shape. It's convenient; having hands-off automatic foam disbursement comes in handy (get it?!) when you've got food prep gunk on your fingers. The foam soap is lovely; it smells so good, and its texture invites you to keep your paws clean and fragrant on a consistent basis.

Awesome Soap Dispenser

I have been wanting a rechargeable soap dispenser like this from Simple Human for a while now. (The previous one I'd purchased a few years ago (non-foam) has, for the past several months, been going through AA batteries at a noticeably faster rate). I decided to try the foam dispenser this time around and, though I've had it only a few weeks, I love it! The ability to get different amounts of soap is helpful, and I also like that I now get to recharge the dispenser instead of having to replace the batteries. I haven't yet had to recharge the dispenser; hopefully I will continue to love this gem!

Not so foamy

My first Simplehuman foam sensor pump emitted very little runny soap no matter where you placed your hand, whether high or low, we received the same amount of runny soap liquid. After contacting support, I was invited to send it in for repair or replacement. They said there was internal corrosion and replaced with a brand new unit. The sensor on his one does produce different amounts depending on where you place your hand (high or low), but it is still emitting runny soap, not foamy as advertised and shown in videos on their website. Very disappointing.
