Received two foam sensor pumps. Had one in the past that worked well. Very disappointing. Both pumps were defective and were returned. It is also impossible to speak to a human being.

I was excited about this hand pump, but unfortunately it did not dispense the soap well - even with the sample of soap that was provided - had to return 😔

I am using this in my bathroom. I had to use the plastic primer item to get it going. BUT now I love using it very much. It goes nice with my fixtures. It is easier to use than picking up the soap or squirting out of a pump. Working very well.

The straw was too thin the soap did not come out. I returned it & the same with the 2nd one. I had to cut the straw & add water to the simple Human soap to get it to work.
