The picture on the site

The picture on the site shows a lot of foam from this sensor pump. But in reality you have to place your hand under the sensor several times to get a good amount of foam. I like the aspect that it is hands free and that it has a usb charger.

This is the 4th soap

This is the 4th soap dispenser I have bought that doesn't work properly. And there is no way to talk with a human at Simple Human. When they work, the foam dispensers are great, but when they don't there is no one to help you with a return.

Problems just setting this up

I couldn’t even get this to work. I have the regular soap dispenser but I really want a foam soap dispenser. However I could not get this dispenser to shut properly. So it first shot out weak pumps of foam and then after that it just shot out puffs of air. I’ve dismantled it multiple times and tried to put it together again and again per the instruction booklet but it just wouldn’t click shut. And yes, I did put foam soap in this.

Foaming Soap Doesn’t Dispense Well

I had two of the original automatic liquid soap dispensers, compared to those these are horrible. Unfortunately, I already gave my two originals that worked off for AAA batteries away so now I’m stuck with these.
Soap is sporadic to dispense, and when it does seems to spray everywhere in little spurts, as I anticipated like an automatic foam dispenser in a public restroom.
I wouldn’t recommend these, you have, or have ever had the original liquid soap dispensers, you’ll be highly disappointed as I am.
