Great dispensers

Love the dispensers have two now will get more in the future. Functions great with any foaming soaps and I love the multiple tube options to account for the varying viscosity in the soaps.

I bought two soap dispensers

I bought two soap dispensers to replace the one on the kitchen sink and another for the bathroom. I have enjoyed the convenience of this product as well as the quality finish of the exterior. I am a bit disappointed however in the newer version as it doesn’t seem to dispense as much soap nor does the sensor recognize an additional distance from the hand to provide additional dispensing time. I have always enjoyed your products because in the past as they have had the perceived quality of a USA built product. Please don’t change quality for squeezing an extra dollar of profit. Brad

I really love the style and function of this dispenser. That said, this is my second time purchasing it - since my first one died within a week of using it (the battery still charged and it tried to dispense, but nothing would come out and no troubleshooting helped). I'm hoping this one will go the distance, because it looks great and is super handy and functional when it's working right!

So very lame

As a longtime user of the liquid hand soap dispenser, I was looking forward to this new foaming version. Wow, was I disappointed! Output is weak, yet still manages to spray mostly onto the sink and counter. Plus it goes off every time the steam hits it, so much more soap was wasted than ever got near my hands. Go back to the drawing board, SH -- this product should never have been taking to market.
