Arrived Malfunctioning

Out of the box, unit was malfunctioning...it turns off on its own all the time. its brand new and fully charged. the warranty process has been a pain and i still have a non working pump

Guest bathroom

I already have this foam sensor pump in gold in my kitchen. I love it cause if my hands are dirty I don’t need to touch it. I bought this one for my guest bathroom. Guests won’t have to touch the soap dispenser. Very clean.

Awesome pump soap dispenser

This is a great foam soap dispenser and I love it. The only thing is when setting up for the first time you may need to add rubbing alcohol for the foam to dispense properly. The set up directions online and provided are very vague. Have many products from simplehuman and love them all. My only complaint is the documentation that comes with products is lacking information.

Dispense is noisy

I had difficulty getting the pump to prime and even with the blue tube the amount is small and it is rather noisy. I like the fact that it is rechargeable but the battery version was quieter.

Not worth the money

I’ve had this same dispenser for 2-3 years and loved it until it just stopped working. I immediately ordered another and I’ve had nothing but trouble since I got it. At first I couldn’t get it to work at all. I finally got it to work but it sends out so little soap I can’t wash my hands. I’ve watched the video and carefully followed all instructions but it still doesn’t work properly. The price is too high to have to fool around with this.
