love the sensor folding mirror

love the sensor folding mirror great for travel --excellent quality and well made -- also purchased the larger mirror in 2019 and it has not held up well I had to reset it a number of times.

Little foam after much effort

After a few tries at the documented priming and pump running procedures, the unit produces a small amount of soap when close to the sensor. A plastic push-pump bottle does much better.

I had the same one which died. The soap jar on the new one didn’t snap in so I used the one from the unit I threw out. Otherwise I love it.

Hard to get started

This dispenser took a little while to set up. It was hard to get it started and the soap container that came with it didn't seem to work. I had to use the refill I purchased as a back up. It works now though I prefer the liquid soap version better.

Did not work

Could not get this pump to dispense soap. Performed all the steps listed on the website and in the videos (priming, clearing vents with toothpick, changed the straws) multiple times. My husband tried the same steps and it started working but only dispensed a pea-size portion of soap. Spent several hours just trying to troubleshoot. Gave up and sent it back. I previously purchased another pump, not foaming, and it splashes the soap all around unless you cup your hand just so. Going back to using that one.
