High maintenance

I should not have to spend 30 minutes getting a soap dispenser to work and then figuring out where to store the extra straws, special priming tool (which ended up breaking anyway), and accessories. It currently just sputters out soap (using the soap that came with it) and I guess I need to find a needle so I can prime it? (According to directions) Sheesh! This was quite an experience after spending about half as much on another soap dispenser that I filled and used without a problem within a few minutes after unpacking.

Overall happy with the product. Only bad part is when I take shower and it gets very humid dispenser, dispenser sensor get confused and will act out here and there and dispense soap on its own.

I love this soap dispenser!

I own 3 of these because it's the perfect size, it's clean, it matches all of my decor and it's so easy to use! It lasts a long time and you can use any type of foam soap on the market. Although I like Simplehuman's soap, there are also other varieties out there that are just as good that you are all to use in this device. I really love this soap dispenser!

The soap stream is rather small but is sufficient. It has continued to spew soap when one removes hands from under spout several times.

Runny soap

I purchased the lavender soap and this pump. The soap that comes out is runny. Not sure if it’s the soap or the pump, but it’s very disappointing, since I was satisfied with my past purchases.
