We recently upgraded to this soap dispenser and we love it. It took some getting used to, being an automatic dispenser, but it so much easier to use than what we had before. It works flawlessly. Well designed, and easy to operate and fill.

hand soap dispenser

I love the sensor foam pump. In fact, I love it so much that I bought three more! One problem though....after refilling it for the first time it no longer dispensed foam and I thought that it was broken already. I used the support page to troubleshoot but to no avail. I even had a friendly chat with support. It turns out that the soap was defective. I had just purchased six bags of Simple Human lavender foaming hand soap. Support sent me little containers of foaming soap and voilá, it's back to foaming soap!

Didn’t like it at all.

It’s the very first product that I ever bought from you and didn’t like it at all. My biggest complaint…..not nearly enough foam dispenses when you use it. It comes out in little squirts. Plus I even had a hard time trying to get it to prime itself. So, the end result…. I tossed it right into the garbage. To me, a huge waste of money. And since I couldn’t use the extra pouches I bought for the foam soap, that went into the garbage too. So now I bought the other one you have, the liquid soap dispenser with extra pouches of soap. I guess it was good for your company since I ended up buying another product from you. But tell your engineers that the foam dispenser needs to be redesigned so it will dispense a lot more foam when it’s being used. Not tiny little bits of foam.

I'm very disappointed with this dispenser for the premium price paid. I prefer the other automatic dispensers much better.

New foam pump

1st can't even get the top of the jar out of the inside cut my finger the bottom is razor sharp and bleed all over the place. Added the soap and used it then add some simplehuman foam soap bought from them and it is not working just spits out drops. What a waste and I was replacing another one that quite working they don't last much longer than 1 year as it is.

Makes my disabled mom giggle

Mom is 88 and can no longer push down on the pump of a soap dispenser without tipping herself over in the opposite direction! This dispenser solves that and makes her laugh with delight every time she uses it, bonus! Easy to charge & refill, I can even use the foaming soap refill I already had on hand. Not too big for a small bathroom sink. It’s not too sensitive, I can wipe up the counter underneath it without triggering it. It’s a big hit in this house!

The pump does basically spits soap. Nothing like the picture at all. It’s a beautiful dispenser and looks good in my kitchen but it does not function as described or like the picture.
