I bought the soap you recommended. The foam sensor pump works but the foam is weak, narrow, and not a good full body foam like you pictured. It does work. I will keep it in the guest bath.

Difficult to prime

Pump did not function properly, even after priming. I was able to get it to operate but it’s not as expected.

Handsoap pump

Love this product. My daughter gave me one a little over 2 years ago and it died. Just replaced it with the same pump (in brushed silver this time), and am happy to have one working again!

I was expecting this to accept the cartridges. Well no. Now I have to buy foam soap packets. I am on the verge of dropping this line. I wasted my money.

confusing instructions

It comes with an extra tube for "thicker foam". But I discovered, by calling tech support after changing to the other tube and finding it did not work, that means if you use a soap other than Simple Human . Now, using the original tube, it does not dispense properly.
