The concept of touchless soap dispensers is a great concept. This one is attractive wherever it’s used in your home. This is my third one in 10 years. The two before this one lasted slightly beyond warranty which makes them fairly expensive. I had trouble with the new one right out of the box. I would have given it 5 stars were it not for the longevity issues as well as the Customer service issues which used to be excellent. Now everything is chat based making it very time consuming and impersonal. Speaking with a person is my preferred way to communicate and troubleshoot. Chatting on an AI platform to even get to someone to help is not my preferred way to troubleshoot. Then you still have to chat with someone by typing everything to try to get them to understand the issue to resolve it. I wouldn’t recommend this to friends and family. SH customer service used to be excellent but now are mediocre at best.

Didn’t realize how cool this pump was - decided to purchase and treat myself after using one at a friend’s house - so simple and easy to use - even bought one for my adult son who likes his as well. Treat yourself - you won’t be disappointed!

Bought 4. Returned 1, as it became nonfunctional. The other 3 perform well with Sweetwater foaming hand soap.
