I LOVE my new foam sensor pump with smart technology. I've been using the liquid dispensers since the early 2000's, but this smart pump is the way to go. I'm replacing my older units, and I have recommended them to several friends and family.

I love that I don't have to touch anything to get soap for my hands especially when cooking with raw meat. Love it !!! I bought the last one for my friend & she also loves it.

Works well but steam causes phantom discharge!

If you locate one of these at the kitchen sink, steam will make it squirt. Two situations we regularly run into cause this: 1) steam from a pot of boiling water placed in the sink and 2) Running the Instant Hot. We had the unit on the left back corner of the sink where it discharged from situation #1 so we relocated it to the right back corner where the Instant Hot is causing situation #2. Haven't quite yet decided whether it's simply not a viable product for the kitchen sink, but it is annoying to have it dump soap into the sink all on it's own. Other than that, no issues.

I like the product but the containers of soap doesn't fit--it is very awkward to try and jiggle it around to get to fit in the bottom of the dispenser--needs some re engineering!

The pump includes a refillable cartridge which is already attached to the unit in the box. In order to use new cartridges, the cap of the refillable cartridge must be detached first.

Loving the pump!

I bought two of these, one for each sink in my kitchen. One seems to have a much more sensitive sensor, which at first resulted in soap being squirted out any time we got near. I remedied that by turning it toward the back a bit so you have to purposely put your hand in front of the sensor to get soap. So I am happy. What I do NOT love is the soap. It cleans well, but leaves your hands feeling very dry. Especially now, when I am washing my hands many times a day, I want a soap that cleans well but doesn't dehydrate me. When the original soap runs out, I will be switching to using Method in the pump.

I like the foam sensor pump. The foam is very luxurious and has a nice understated smell AND it cleans your hands. Just as described.

Just got it and the pump itself is great so far. Unfortunately the soap cartridge that was included was only half full because the other half leaked in the package.
