I love the new step can,the looks and the finish is just beautyful.I am proud to have it and show it toff all my friend who visit me.I only wish now that I would
have selected the model with voice controll.that's what I would really like and if I could exchange it for the one with sensor and voice controll I would gladly pay the difference.

Superior trash can that is clean in appearance and keeps the sight and smell of garbage absent. No negative findings with this garbage receptacle, very that we found this product.

Simple design, well built, high quality materials. Very happy with the product. Liners are expensive but perform better than retail garbage bags.

What took me so long?

Perhaps I felt that an item of this nature was overpriced/cost prohibitive and that's why I waited to purchase. After an abysmal failure of a look-alike model, I decided to take the plunge and purchase a simplehuman. Yes, I have to ask myself what took me so long! It's a magnificently functional receptacle and with the tailored liners? I just cannot find a downside to this trash system. It's both esthetically pleasing as well as functional - what more could one ask for? Kudos, simplehuman - you've knocked this one out of the park.

replacement can

The step on our 55 L can broke. I did not know of the guarantee and asked if I could replace the step. The part is not available and I was surprised to find a new can on our doorstep as a replacement. I am pleased with the guarantee and the ease with which it happened.
