This was a great purchase. It is very easy to keep clean even with small Children’s fingerprints. The built-in trash bag holder it very convenient. I have had mine for almost 3 years and love it! It has a 10-year warranty and great customer service.

Great trash can

We purchased this trash can last fall and yes, it is a bit pricey, but it is worth every dollar. It is sturdy, works easily with the step at the bottom, it holds a generous amount of trash and appears that it will last a long time. We love how the supply of trash bags fit right in the back of the trash can, so convenient!

Don’t bother getting any other trash can.
Seriously. Just don’t. This one is perfect in every way. Plus, their customer service is amazing. After almost three years my lid broke, and they replaced the whole trash can. I was so afraid I’d get stuck having to buy another one, because I didn’t think I could live with any other trashcan after this one. They were so nice, and they just replaced it. It was simple and easy. I had the new one in two days. Thank you, simplehuman! Love this trash can, and your company.

Best trash can ever

A few years ago I purchased a simple human trash can for my parents for their anniversary. It was tall and round and had a swinging lid. I thought it looked so cool. Unfortunately, it was the worst trash can ever manufactured. It inevitably got dirty every time you threw food in it. Thank goodness for this trash can. The no show loner, the huge capacity, the liner pocket. It doesn’t even show fingerprints although you wouldn’t need to touch it bc of the efficiency of the step open lid. Five stars.

Good company that’s stands behind its Products

So I contacted the company. They listened to the problem, they replaced my unit at no cost. I was very thankful as I was just looking for parts and since it was still under warranty they replaced it free of charge. #GreatCompany!
