I bought a new trashcan and had issues a year later with the Foot pedal opening it.
I contacted customer service and sent them the required information and pictures and without hesitation they replace the product with a great new trashcan that I’m having no issues with. The trashcan is excellent quality and looks very nice in my kitchen.
The quality of the product and the service will make me a return customer .

Best Can Ever

This is my second simplehuman trash can. My 1st one was A plastic semicircle step can, had it for 8+ yrs it was wonderful...BUT this 55 liter stainless steel can is everything. Very efficient, looks awesome & the size is great. I don’t have to take the trash out allll the time bc it’s so big. I love this can, I am happy with the investment.

My experience with your company has been stupendous! From the initial email stating the problem through the end when the garbage can was received, contact with your company via email has been timely, courteous and very professional. The company was not a stickler requesting receipts of purchase or exact time of purchase of said product and patient with helping me find the model number on the product.
It definitely was a positive experience and I will recommend this business to others.
I am sooooooo happy with my replacement.

Absolutely love this garbage can! I have always kept trash bags in the bottom of my trash can (men have no excuse of the “couldn’t find them”) but having a dedicated place to keep them is wonderful!

love the size of this, and the quiet closing lid. only drawback is you can't easily grab the lid to open with your hand. you have to use the pedal. Super nice overall though

Worth every penny

We have no complaints about this trash Can. It holds more trash because it does not have the inside bin and the bag holder design is very efficient. The Trash Can replaced our 13 years old simplehuman trash can.
