Particularly liked that it is rose tinted

I enjoy using the step to open it. I also like the color. It is different from the normal stainless steel on many things. When we had an issue, I was very impressed with the speed of the solution. It definitely made me want to keep your band in my mind when I need to purchase anything else!!

A lot of times I buy products with a warranty and think to myself that I am sure I won’t be able to use the warranty.
I am sure I said that when I purchased my simplehuman trash can.
I expected to get a denial or something for my warranty claim due to stainless steel peeling and lid hinge malfunction.
Nope!... that was not the case.
Customer service rep got back with me via email within 24 hours and I had a new trash can within a week.
I will never buy another product after this event. Oh... not to mention the can has been a game changer for me. I bought the can because my lab (dog) kept getting into the trash for a late night snack (that would not agree with his tummy). Not only did this can resolve that issue, you will never walk into my house and smell my trash because this can contains the smell perfectly.

The design and functionality of this can are beautiful but unfortunately it arrived with a huge dent on the front. The box did not appear damaged from shipping so assuming it was packaged this way. Very disappointing when spending this amount of money on a product.

We love this trash can!! This trash can is the perfect size, looks great in the kitchen, and silent when opening. The foot pedal feels sturdy but not difficult to open, even with large feet. We will definitely be recommending this trash can to all our friends and family!

Love this trash can. Beautiful to look at. Had a problem with the first one as it wouldn't stay all the way open when you wanted to take out your full trash bag. But simplehuman was great to work with and replaced my trash can almost immediately. I'm sure this can will work as it should.
