Super fast replacement and free of charge

My 58L (w/ sensor and voice control) stopped working after 2 years of heavy use. I emailed simplehuman with pictures of my unit on 8pm PST, and two hours later I got their email on 10pm saying that a brand new replacement unit will be sent to me free of charge. The new unit quickly came and works as a charm. Very happy with the warranty program of simplehuman!!!

We needed to replace our last dual compartment trash can, because the kids stepped on it too hard and broke the foot lift. The reviews for this, were great and we were no let down. I love that you can wave your hand and don’t always have to say “open can”. The kids stood in front of it for an hour opening and closing it haha! Just love it!

The voice-activated lid is beyond handy when cooking and cleaning. I love the sleek stainless steel look and the fact that it has dual trash/ recycling bins. The motion activation is a little sensitive on the lid if you walk too close but you definitely get used to it quickly. Overall this trash can is my favorite part of my kitchen!

I love this dual 58 ltr recycle voice trash can in bronze so much, I have one in the Kitchen and the Master bedroom. I plan on buying one for my kids room as well. The best part is that you can use AC power or battery, so you can put this trash can wherever you want!

Better Than Described

Have only had this a few weeks, but boy, has this made recycling easier along with trash. Both compartments hold a good amount. We are diligent about recycling and do empty this often to our outside can, but the pail makes it an easy task. I, like other reviews, find occasionally it listens in on conversations and will open, definitely NOT a deal breaker. I even hear my Granddaughter, "open can" then, "thank you!" If you have the right space, this is great! simplehuman continues to come up with awesome products, so, Thank You!! Max
