Great products and quality as expected

I've had many motion sensing trash cans over the course of 4 years. None of them have lasted one year. They were all battery powered and required a lot of extra money spent on replacing the batteries. I really like how this one has a plug. The innovation put into such a simple device is astounding, and I love how it does a great job at not false triggering the lid. Great customer service from simplehuman as well!

I never thought I could love a garbage can… but here we are! I love it!! So happy with my purchase- we ordered a second one for our business! It’s pricey, yes. Is it worth it… definitely!

Item arrived with a big bump on the side and it opens whenever someone passes by, even the dog ( we purchased it to prevent the dog getting into the trash). A very expensive trash can that does not live up to expectations. We regret purchasing it it
