Worth it!

Never in a million years did I think I’d spend this much on a *trash can* buuut honestly, I absolutely love this thing!! The voice command feature is a gamechanger while I’m cooking and need to quickly throw something away. I also love the removable recycling bin… I live in a condo high rise community and have to make a light trek to the commercial recycling bins, and the recycling bin pail in this can really makes it easy for me to take my stuff down. If given the option to buy this again, I would!

Dual sensor Can

I am very pleased with this can. The best part is I can use the electrical outlet vs batteries. It is compact and I love having the compartment for the trash bags right in the back of the can. The recycle can is a plus also.

Great in concept, but don't hold up

We've gone through about 6 or 7 of these in the past 3 years. We bought 6: 2 or 3 arrived broken and had to send them back in order to get replacements. Over the next few years at least one or two would quit working each year. They are being used in a small single doctor medical clinic that is only open an average of 3 days per week and where most of the cans are only half empty at most by the end of the day (about a quarter of what my home trash can gets with 3 kids). We also have professional cleaning done daily and they have been kept meticulous. I love how they work when they work but they have not been reliable. The info and ordering page only mentions a 5 year warranty but if you go dig into their warranty page it notes that any commercial use drops the warranty to 1 year only. Be prepared to buy a new one annually.
