Beat trash can ever!

Nice can. I miss the removable inner can

I love this garbage can. The voice activation is great even though sometimes i have to shout at it. The new design with no inner can on the garbage side gives you more room, but if your bag leaks it is a pain in the butt to clean out the can.

Great Short Can

I absolutely love this can. Very clean and neat looking. I just wish it were taller. I can barely fit anything in there and have to crouch down to dump anything or scrape my plate. Far too small and short.

Great for trash and compost

We needed a dual trash can to collect compostable materials separate from trash. This can is working great! Sometimes compostable bags can break, so the removable plastic bucket is very useful—easy to remove and clean if necessary. Other sensor cans we’ve owned were battery operated only; like that this can can be plugged in. Voice control is a useful feature, too. Great product!

Eh, could be better for the price point

For such an advanced trashcan, not to mention expensive, I expected more. It doesn't contain bad smells very well. For example, I had some bacon go bad in my fridge and after I threw it out, my kitchen smelled horrible. I had to light a candle to mask the smell. I live in a city, so trash day is once a week, we can't just take trash that smells outside and put it in an outdoor bin. I thought. this trashcan would be able to contain odors, but I was surprisingly wrong.
Also, the motion and voice sensor is SO SENSITIVE. Walking by it opens it. My TV being on opens it. And again, when you have trash in it that's been there for a few days, it constantly opening just pushes out the bad smells even more. It's disappointing.

Product failure

This can is sleek and helpful to include the sensors however I have gone through two of them in less than one years time (in a household of two adults and no children- minimal wear and tear.) The first one last almost a full year but the sensors stopped working and the customer service did offer a credit to repurchase a new one but in a different color. This was fine and ordered a replacement of the same can. This can replacement arrived 1/2021 and is already broken as the top lid is becoming detached for the main canister. (Currently feb if 2021 at time fo this review) Overall, I had high hopes for this can and for this price, expected some longevity out of them or a least a few months! I’d recommend passing on this model and purchasing a different variety with the ability to sustain usage overtime as it’s a garbage can after all. This one seems to have major flaws all around. Disappointing. :(

Efficient and space saving

I love this can. It holds more than I thought. I love the recycling right in the same can. I only wish the batteries worked rather than having to plug it in. But it’s great when your hands are full. Working beautifully.
