Stable internet but had hard time to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the setup, the Wifi signal is stable and strong. We are happy about it.
However, my installation process encounter a bug in the system, cost me 3 hours (with 1 hour troubleshoot phone call with the tech support) to install the system

Highly Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several attempts of buying cheaper brands, I thought I was buying the best option. I was completely wrong and very disappointed with the product and the setup. For the price, I would think it would be a better setup option. Consistent connections issues and having to unplug and reset the router. One of the two satellites wouldn’t connect at all. Was hoping it would work but I was let down tremendously.

Great speed - no dead spots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a two-story house that’s L-shaped and pretty spread out. We had some areas with very slow wifi and a number of dead spots. I replaced an old Apple Extreme wifi Router and a wifi extender with a Netgear ORBI RBK753 system.
The difference is phenomenal! We have no more dead spots anywhere and in some areas it increased our wifi speed more than twentyfold!!! Response is near instantaneous. On my Mac I get 470 Mbps and on my iPhone 333 Mbps (Mega bits per second).

Almost Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Cable Modem/Router, with 1 Satellite, to replace Xfinity equipment. The only thing holding me back was the setup. I had 2 issues. The first ended up being solved by customer service call. I was a missing instruction regarding logging into the router to setup an admin password. The second is a MOCA conflict with Xfinity X1 product. Took me 2 days and the replacement of a MOCA switch in the basement. I feel like both issues could have been addressed in the Setup Instructions. 1 Satelite more than delivers coverage to my old 2 story home with challenges. No more rental charges for Xfi router and 2 boxes.
