Wow, I was skeptical about an electric chain saw, but I was tired of pulling on the cord of my gas powered saw. Each year it had to go to the repair shop for something; it was just a money pit! My Sun Joe assembled easily and was a charm to use. I had just as much power and cut from this unit as my gas powered. It was used twice in the first month I received it and works wonderful. Thanks !

The first one went dead on me after not much use. and the replacement works well but will not cut a straight line it pulls to the right and jams in the wood a lot. I just bought a new chain for it and hope that fixes the problem. I will say the co dealt with the replacement very well, they even paid for the return of the item and shipped the replacement right away. I bought it because I have a snow Joe and love it.

Good light saw for pruning and infrequent felling

Bought this saw awhile ago and just pulled it out when my gas saw failed to start. Though we maxed out the extensions with 100' of 12ga cord, the saw never whimpered and the breakers were happy. Went through two fills of bar oil that afternoon cutting up two standing dead black walnuts and the saw did a great job. Would recommend this saw for light duty.
