Replaced 4 times in less than a year.

If I could give this hose 0 stars I would. I purchased this hose less than a year ago and had to have it replaced 4 times. The hose is only used to water my flower and vegetable garden. I'm assuming the hose can't stand up to this Georgia heat. The only positive thing I can say is the customer services and the quick replacements get 5 stars.

I bought this hose about a month ago and have had no issues until today. I went to use the hose to water my dogs and when I turned the hose on I heard a hissing. The hose has came apart inside the jacket

DO NOT buy this hose unless you want to pick it up and bring it inside daily. I used mine once and turned it off to take a break. When I came back a little later, it had sprung a leak. Unfortunately I purchased three SnowJoe hoses at the same time. Now every time I want to use them, I have to drag them into my garage just as soon as I finish watering.

Buy a real hose from somebody else

Do not buy anything. I have had 4 hoses fail within 5 months and they have been giving me a runaround for 2 months and now only want to replace 1 hose. They got a shipment of bad product and expect their customers to suffer through them.

Started leaking as the warranty expired.

Warranty expired Oct 30, 2023 just when the hose started leaking. We were happy with the hose until it failed. It was properly cared for, not under constant pressure, not out in the sun. Only used it on our covered patio. Just poor quality or quality control. A bad purchase. I advise potential buyers not to buy the Aqua Joe hoses. They don't last.

Disappointed, poor durability

Terrible hose, poor durability. I bought one and within 4 uses on a grass lawn it developed a leak. No damage to the exterior cover and gently used and stored on a plastic hanger. The leak was in an area that gets no abrasion near the hose bib connection. Got it replaced under warranty and leaked again, replaced a 2nd time under warranty and again, developed leaks with minimal use.
So 3 hoses and 3 leaks after minimal use on a grass lawn and gently handled.
I asked for a refund because no reason to try a 4th time. I suggest a design or manufacturer issue.
I do not recommend buying this hosel
