Having to 'replug' the safety switch every time you stop the mower can be bothersome, and sometimes forgetting to re-engage before continuing to mow. It does not mulch which is a disappointment. Run time is good with the battery fully charged.

Does exactly what is needed. Only issue as with most of their product is the hand grips which shred instantly.

I NEVER write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for this mower, following a long haul around 6 acres of mowing around 20 trees where our diesel tractor mower can't get close enough. Always used a gas-powered hand mower.....but it got to be a bit heavy after arthritis and age set in (female = 70 yrs). I took our new Sun Joe out this morning and came back with energy AND battery power left....long after 40 minutes....don't know how that happened, but it is what it is. A light wonderful easy-to use man eater. I LOVE THIS MOWER!!!

I have a small lawn, and this baby does the trick. The bag is a little small, but I don't use it. If your a bagger be prepared to empty it often.
For it's size it really has a lot of power.
The battery just about lasts the whole job, not quite sometimes. I wanted to get another battery, but , felt it was a little too pricey. In fact my car battery was less.
All -in-all I'm satisfied with the purchase.

My small grass area is no match for this 16” mower. The battery allows me to cut the yard twice with plenty of juice remaining. The catch bag is well-designed and is very easy to empty.

So far I've only cut my grass twice but it got thru it ok. It's only 16" wide so it takes a few more passes to cut the yard but it's really light weight and very easy to push. Both times I've been able to finish the yard on one battery but I do have one of their snow blowers too so I have a backup battery if I need one. The grass catcher bag could be bigger. It required about twice as many emptyings as my old gas mower but it's real easy to get off and back on and lighter weight (easier to carry) so it works out about even. I have a bad shoulder so I don't miss pulling the starter rope! It's also much quieter than a gas mower. All in all I'm pleased with its performance!

Fast assembly (5 Min!), very easy to maneuver with large rear wheels. Love the 6 position adjustable cutting height. Pick up handle is a great idea.
Only criticism is that the rear flap often catches on the grass when pulling mower back a little. You have to push forward a little to move the flap and to be able to start the motor.
Overall I like the machine
