Had to install a GE because that is what fit in my cabinet as I did not want to lose my cabinet drawers. It does no look very nice compared with the Zephyr - especially the button that is wrapped in plastic ( I can see that being an issue) My BIGGEST complaint is that after ONE week the unit will not lower - ONE WEEK! Spend the extra money and get the Zephyr - I wish I had!

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to disconnect power to your vent system for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists once power is restored, we encourage you to contact our GE Appliances service team - Bodewell at 1-833-426-3393 to have your unit evaluated and repaired as needed.
