Efficient and Quiet

Replacing a 20-year old GE downdraft ... although it still worked, a newer model was selected to go along with a complete redesign of our kitchen ... as long as we were replacing the cooktop might as well get the latest downdraft

Works great. Love that it has easy adjustable air dial and quickly stowed out of the way when not in use. It’s quieter than my previous over stove hood.

Poor Quality

This is.a replacement of an older model. This one is poor quality. The stainless top trim is barely attached to the top of the vent. Very surprised as all the previous GE appliances were very durable.

Poor quality, I’ve already purchased a extended warranty after a month. I doubt this product will last very long. Inferior quality
