I don't understand all the bad reviews for this grill. We liked it so much we bought another one after we moved. Yes the grates are harder to clean, but it's worth it to me because there are no flare-ups or escaped food. Buy some spray cleaner. The brush that comes with it is worthless.

Love this grill, the ease of cooking and repeatability! Even heat that makes grilling a delight. Never burnt, unless I try to and easy to clean. This is my 3rd and for the $, you can’t beat it.

Great grill! The assembly instructions included are terrible. If not for customer service suggesting we view the instructions online and then enlarge the photos, we would have returned the grill. We also had to use YouTube!

The grill cooks much hotter than previous grills I've owned. I have to keep the grill on low and even then the temperature stays around 400 degrees. It does heat very quickly. Also, there is propane escaping even with all of the controls turned off. The only way to stop the propane from leaking is to turn it off at the bottle after each use. Otherwise, I like the grill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the grill the only thing that I don’t like is the cooking grates are hard to clean even when you go by the directions.
