this was a replacement for an older infrared Charbroil grill which lasted over 15 years! I was surprised at the longevity of the craftmanship and decided to keep it going with another Charbroil. This grill works even better and the heat distribution is fantastic. The lighted controls are a huge benefit for night time cooking. The only suggestion I would make is improve the assembly directions as they too 'IKEA like' and the reference drawings could be better. Overall I would recommend this grill. And the customer service through the chat was a 10!

Absolutely love it!! It heats evenly and cooks perfect. All the features are wonderful. Purchased it as an anniversary gift for my fiancé and we have used it almost every day since. Shipping was quick and assembling it was super easy! Quick tip if you like bacon try it on grill mats it’s a game changer. And the customer service is excellent.

This grill can cook! You will not be disappointed if you get this grill. We purchased this as a replacement of another major grill company and we are so happy we went with this unit. Even heat. Fast to temp. Easy to clean and care for. Nice ignition system

This grill is the greatest invention ever, they combined their anti-flare up grates with the Electronic Cruise control technology together to make grilling a synch. It takes out the guess work of temperatures, inaccurate grill gauge readings, etc. I highly recommend it. If you take good care of it, it will last a good long time! We will get lots of good use out it, it's a great product. I highly recommend this for beginners and advanced grillers.
