Essential Skillet for your Kitchen

I was kinda blown away about how high quality this skillet turned out to be from Rachel Ray! It was packed in a nicely concealed container and wrapped in plastic. My husband assisted me getting it out without damage. The first thing I noticed was the super tough grip the skillet handle have. That's essential to turning and moving pans while cooking. The second thing was how well made the actual surface of the skillet was, alongside a very strong nonstick surface. The design at the bottom was cute but not over the top. We then proceeded to start cooking. We tried it with a seafood stir fry, chicken vegetable dish, and a low boil stew. I found that none of our food stuck to the bottom or burned. There was also no damage to the actual skillet even under high heat. To be honest, this puts some of our other skillets to shame lol! I think everyone should have a high durable but cute skillet in their kitchen cooking set and highly recommed this one from Rachel Ray. So far I'm really impressed by her product!

Perfect for big meals!

This product is great for making a large meal. We have a family of five and usually it requires us to make a lot of food. I usually have to cook large pieces of meat separately and it ends up taking me longer because I cannot fit everything in one pan. I was able to fit 3 pounds of pork chops in this skillet! They fit perfectly. Everything cooked evenly in the pan. There were no spots that were too cold or too hot. The non-stick feature works great. I did not have to peel my pork chops off the pan. They were easy to flip and got a great sear on each side. This will definitely be my go to skillet from now on.

So easy to cook and to clean!

I was highly impressed with this Rachael Ray Create Delicious nonstick deep skillet. It has some heaviness to it that I wasn't expecting, yet it's not too heavy. It's a great heavy duty pan! I've used this pan now at least five times perhaps even more. Each and every time I cannot believe how simple it is to cook in. It's nonstick quality is excellent. I can even use LESS olive oil while I'm cooking because that's how well the nonstick pan works! Cleaning is a breeze. Everything rinses right out no scrubbing required. I just rinse it out and toss it into my dishwasher. It's had no issues whatsoever in the dishwasher. It comes out clean every time. I've also tested out the ""Oven Safe"" feature as well. I've had the skillet in my oven and while it says it's safe up to 400 degrees I've only had it in at 350. All is great and I'm sure it would be perfect at 400 as well. The handles are amazingly comfortable and made well. I was worried that they would become stained or get dingy the more I've used the skillet. However, that's not the case at all. I was cooking pasta sauce one night and it had splattered on the light blue handle, yet no staining occurred, it washed off and you wouldn't have even known it had happened. The only down side that I've noticed is the bottom of the pan (as in the very bottom, part that touched the stove top) has stained a little with some burn marks. I have not tried to deep clean it yet but simple washing hasn't helped at all. This doesn't bother me at all due to I can't see it unless I'm looking at the bottom, and it has nothing to do with the functionality of the skillet. So all in all this skillet has been amazing and very nice! It's heavy duty and high quality I would recommend this in a heartbeat!

I love this pan

I received this pan for my honest review and would have to say that since I have a big family I love cooking with it. I did not have to cook in batches as everything fit in the pan in one batch for both breakfast and dinner cooking. Easy to clean, food does not stick and just a great pan. It is a little heavy but I expect that is due to good quality. I have not tried it on the oven but that is because I am afraid I will ruin it and right now it is my go to pan.

I like to stir fry vegetables and love the tall sides so I didn't spill like usual. Non stick is great. The best part I would have to say is the handle. It doesn't get hot and even with wet hands it has a fabulous grip.

Best skillet ever!

Obviously Rachael Ray is a wonderful cook and since I had the opportunity from Viewpoints I believe I have become a better cook myself. I have heard of, but not tried, Rachael Rays products and I recommend the skillet I received, free for my unbiased review, 100%. The 12.5 in deep skillet hard -anodized has been perfect for eggs, bacon, sausage and I look forward to cooking many other dishes. It's a beautiful skillet, my light blue one goes with my kitchen perfect, and there are other colors available. It's suitable for glass/ceramic/gas/electric/induction so it fits every need. It's also oven safe. It has very comfortable handles which I appreciated. It's very easy to clean which I appreciate also. My eggs cooked in minutes so fluffy and really delicious. I received a new skillet at Christmas and although it claimed to be good quality, my food stuck and eggs were not cooked well. I can really tell the difference in Rachael Ray quality and I definitely recommend and will be purchasing more of her products.

Perfection in a pan

Rachel Ray aluminum nonstick deep skillet is awesome for everyday cooking. It's a nice large size and fits enough without having to cook twice. Handle is very sturdy and the blue is a nice touch. Pan is well made and is definitely non stick as noted. Deep enough where things are slipping and sliding off the sides as you're stiring!

I was excited to receive this skillet as I never had a skillet this large. Everyone should have a 12.5 inch Rachael Ray hard anodized aluminum nonstick deep skillet. I thought my food would get lost. It didn't. My food cooked evenly and the cleanup was a breeze. The skillet is high enough that spattering was minimal and I love that. The handle is rubberized and red, the color of my kitchen décor so it looks just so nice. I would highly recommend this skillet to anyone and everyone who enjoys cooking and wants a pan that cooks great and cleans up beautifully.
