I love this bottle but on my 4th replacement lid

I think that this is the best bottle out there, with a flip top lid that allows for the right flow of liquid, and the o rings and seal don’t get nearly as gross and their other spout bottles. I like that I just press a button to open the lid instead of unscrewing the top for a spout. HOWEVER: they really need to make this a more sturdy lid. I’ve had the plastic carrying ring break, I’ve had the flip top latch break. Once that latch breaks, it’s over, you can’t seal the lid anymore. I’ve bought 4 replacements over the last 2 yrs for the same bottle. I’ll keep buying a replacement lid bc I love it and can’t find anything close to it from another vendor. But they should really match the sturdiness of the bottle and make a sturdier lid.

I’m a repeat customer and absolutely LOVE these bottles, but I’ve broken the lid on one — making my purple 17 oz completely unusable — and I’ve broken the ring on the black replacement lid — which was unattractive. Still, the other 3 that we have are fantastic!

Bought two of the same bottle and the cap clip just breaks. Horrible product. Claim warranty and been unresponsive.

I love Takeya products but pass on this one. The lid does not go back far enough and is in your nose. I have a normal to small nose. I bought one for hubby too and he has a larger nose. He’s going to H A T E it. Disappointed

Like all of their other beverage containers, it works perfectly as advertised. It's a no brainer in terms of keeping beverages hot or cold. Again, it does exactly as it is described which is a comfort to me as a coach, player, and just in everyday life. I stay with their products because they last long (if you take decent care of them), and Takeya's customer service (Huge shoutout to Takeya customer service) is solid and genuinely human. The travel mug is convenient for keeping my morning java hot for quite a while. I am a professional certified USPTA tennis instructor and it is nice to have equipment that is reliable over the daily hours and hours that I am on court. Takeya products are extremely important to me in my work, play, and everyday life.

This is a great bottle especially for a kid. The mouth allows the water to go directly into your mouth with less spilling. Only thing is the plastic piece that comes up for carrying is not as strong as others.

So excited.......until.....

Own several Takeya products in different styles and sizes, almost all Blush color. I was thrilled to receive the 17 oz. Traveler for Christmas. Perfect size for traveling with tea in the morning, my others are all too big. Unfortunately my excitement didn't last long. After just a couple of uses the locking tab on the lid snapped off. I'm not even sure how it happened. I do not abuse any of my bottles, or use them daily for that matter. I've never had any issues with any of my other Takeya products. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. I wonder how it would hold up to daily use and abuse from someone tougher than me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
