Poor ring /handle design

Excellent shape and capacity. Unfortunately it doesn't keep water cold long, even when I filled it with ice cubes first and kept the lid locked.

I bought this bottle when it came out. I have not found it very useful due to the fact that it’s only 17 ounces. By the time I add cream, there isn’t enough coffee & since I fill up on my way out the door to work I cannot just refill. I like the lid although it’s a bit complicated. Currently I am using a 24 ounce Takeya water bottle for my coffee. Bottom line: not really worth the money

Only stays hot for maybe 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. I do love the design though, if they could just work on getting it to stay hot longer.

I love how simple this bottle is. I didn’t even realize it has a handle which is cool. I love the lock feature. It works great to temperature control hot or cold. I have used it for both, I prefer to use it for cold only. I find the flavors stick around a bit after using for coffee and then water.

I've had this mug for several years. I believe I've replaced 2 tops and I currently have 1 that's unusable because it will not stay closed and 1 that has lost the spring open feature and I always get a coffee nose when I drink from it.

I ordered 4 bottles as Xmas gifts and rearranged airplane flights when they were late to ship. Now I see they will even be later so I missed a few days for Christmas with my son, will not have gifts and will have to pay to reship to him after paying airline to rescehdule flight once already - and to add insult to injury I'm asked to review I product that has not come yet?????

I should have read ALL of the reviews. It does not keep cold liquid cold. It does, however, transfer that cold through the walls. The carry ring is handy but weird. It apparently got knocked and now the lid thunks when it closes. My fault, but way too fragile. It might be me, but I kept trying to drop it by it’s pretty little neck. It seems unnatural, my hand doesn’t like it. So, we have a not cheap, cute bottle that is absolutely leakproof, but won’t keep my cold water cold. Read elsewhere for coffee/hot news.
