Purchased one 32oz and two 22oz bottles during a fantastic sale. Love the design of the bottles and the drinking spout. I contacted customer service regarding the o-ring in the spout and they promptly responded with why they had gone back to the original o-ring. They also sent me the actives replacement o-rings immediately at no cost. While I haven’t yet had the chance to use all of the bottles in our hot summer weather, if they are as good as Takeya’s customer service, I will be a customer for life. Thank you!

I wanted this to use at work in a warehouse environment. We work fast and easily forget to drink enough water. Many people are happy bringing in plastic water bottles, but summer of 2020 I decided to do my best to avoid phthalate. This stainless interior is perfect and keeps my ice water so cold I often need to add more water to get the ice to melt.

I bought three, 18oz bottles for the family. We really like the spout lid and they do a good job of keeping our drinks cold. We’ll see how well they do this summer in AZ.
