It’s perfect for my hand issues. I can’t tighten the lid too tight, the drinking part of the lid is perfectly shaped so I don’t spill, the pour flow is really well designed, and it’s a beautiful color!

The fliplock lid is the weakest link!

I love this mug. It keep drinks cold or hot very well. Unfortunately, the lid breaks so easily. The original lid broke the very first time the mug was dropped. And, upon getting a replacement lid (see attached photo), it also broke the first time the mug was dropped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
